commercial motocyclist popularly known as Okada riders, and task force personnel, clashed in the 2nd Rainbow area, Apapa-Oshodi, Lagos on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
Eyewitnesses say members of the Lagos state task force were out to enforce a ban on motorcycles using the major roads in Lagos, which have been placed in action since early February.
However, the Okada riders resisted arrest and attacked the law enforcement personnel in the scene, which also gave hoodlums the chances to intervene, chasing the task force personnel from the area.

Okada riders have since returned to major expressways after the endsars protest, even though there is a ban on their operations in Lagos state.
